1. Shipping Locations

SoukNao currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume seasons, processing time may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer Standard Shipping:

Standard Shipping (FREE for orders $50 and up)

  • Delivery time: 3 to 4 business days

  • Orders under $50: shipping cost calculated at checkout

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


4. Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Delivery Issues

SoukNao is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you experience a delivery issue, contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
If additional help is needed, we are happy to assist.


6. Wrong Address Policy

If you entered an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately at service@souknao.shop

  • If the order has not been shipped, we will update the address

  • If the order has shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund

  • Holidays or peak seasons

  • High order volume

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  3. We will provide a replacement or a refund depending on the issue


9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed package
