1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in new condition

  • Unopened and in their original packaging

  • Free of damage, wear, or missing parts

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: Due to hygiene and safety for children, certain items cannot be returned once opened.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used toys

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized / customized items

  • Damaged items caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at service@souknao.shop with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions

  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging

Important:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items only.
For other situations, please return the item and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds
